Ingredients

Peaches

Wash unpeeled peaches to remove the fuzz. Cut along the edge of the pit and separate the two halves. Remove the pit using a curved knife or a spoon if the pit does not come out easily. Place the peaches over medium heat starting with the cut side down. Allow it to cook 3 or 4 minutes. Turn over and add ½ tsp brown sugar and dust with a good dry mix, such as BKW’s Fire seasoning. Serve with a dollop of Vanilla Greek Yogurt.

By the way, the cooked peach can be easily scooped out of the peel.

Directions

Pineapple

Cut slices of peeled and cored pineapple about ¾ inch thick. Place slices on the grill over medium heat. Allow to cook 3 or 4 minutes. Turn and sprinkle with a dry rub such as the one listed above for peaches. Serve either with Greek Yogurt or with vanilla ice cream.
