Quick Chopped Salad Friday, July 28, 2017 Our Town 4:00 PM


5 oz mixed salad greens
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced thin
1 cup bell pepper, cut small
1 to 2 cups roasted corn, fresh or canned
½ to 1 cup Italian Dressing to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle dressing over all. Toss again lightly. Chill until ready to serve. Pass cheese to be sprinkled on the salad.
