Red Bliss Potatoes 4LB
Sweet Potatoes, Sliced 1LB
Green Pepper, Julienne 2EA
Red Pepper, Julienne 1EA
Onion, Julienne 1EA
Smoked Sausage, Sliced 1LB
Garlic, Granulated 1tbsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Kosher Salt 1tsp
Margarine, Melted 2oz


Add liquid margarine to hot skillet and top with potatoes (sweet and red)
add sausage and add vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and garlic
and cook for approx. 20 to 30 minutes until hot through and temp reaches 165*
