2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
8 oz yellow onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
16 oz heavy cream


Place the hashbrowns in a heavy skillet. Sprinkle the onion and cheese evenly over. Then sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic. Gently pour the cream evenly over the dish. Bake in a 350 deg oven about 35 to 40 minutes or until it is puffed and brown.
