Wes Henry and Phil Dangel from the Shrimp Dock for Gator Hater Week

1 pound alligator meat, cut into desired size
Breading (can use packaged or flour/salt/pepper)
Equal parts buttermilk and hot sauce (1 Cup each)


Combine buttermilk and hot sauce and dip gator bites into it, then dredge in the breading. Saute in oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels or butcher paper and serve with sauce of choice.
