· 3 Tbsp whipped cream cheese
· 1 whole wheat tortilla
· ½ of a medium ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into 1⁄2-inch thick strips
· 1 green onion, chopped
· 1⁄4 of a red bell pepper, cut into thin julienne strips
· 2 ounces thinly sliced turkey
DirectionsSpread the cream cheese or over the tortilla.
Place mango and other ingredients over 2⁄3 of the tortilla.
Roll up tightly and cut into 1⁄2-inch thick slices.
