Corn Puddin'



Ingredients

1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
2 15 oz can creamed corn
1 box corn muffin mix
2 cups sour cream
4 oz butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 deg. In a large bowl stir together the cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Divide and pour two medium size baking pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
