Dollywood Stone Soup


3 oz oil
1 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
4 cups frozen carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
1/2 half gallon chicken broth
4 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
3 cups canned whole kernal corn
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Add all ingredients together, let it come to a boil and simmer and you're good to go!
