- 1 cup grape juice
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruit, such as mangos, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries
Directions1. Mix grape juice and chia seeds in a 4-cup glass measure. Stir well.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, until mixture has thickened.
3. Divide evenly among 4 serving bowls. Top with fruit.
