(Recipe makes 6 servings)
* 4 large pears, sliced
* ¼ cup butter, melted
* ¼ cup oil
* ¼ cup Sucralose brown sugar
* 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
* 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Step 1: Spread the pears evenly in an 8 inch baking dish.
Step 2: Dust with a pinch of the Sucralose brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, oil, Sucralose brown sugar, oats, whole wheat flour, cinnamon and allspice.
Step 4: Sprinkle this topping evenly over the pears.
Step 5: Cook on full power in the microwave for 10 to 12 minutes, until pears can easily be pierced with a knife.
Step 6: Enjoy!
