Dollywood Pad Thai


½ cup Fish Sauce

¼ lb. Rice Noodles

½ cup Tofu

½ lb. Chicken Breast, Cooked and Cubed

½ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes

½ teaspoon Minced Garlic

½ cup Shredded Carrots

½ cup Bean Sprouts

½ roasted peanuts chopped fine

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil


Heat a wok with sesame oil on medium heat. Add carrots and cut about 1 minute. Add garlic and cook (about one minute). Add cooked chicken and fish sauce. Continue to cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Cook rice noodles in separate pot according to package directions. Add chili flakes, tofu and bean sprouts to the sauce. Drain noodles and add to wok. Toss all ingredients together. Put in a serving bowl and sprinkle peanuts on top.
