Southwestern Tuna Chopped Salad


Salad Ingredients:
2-5 ounce cans of Starkist Tuna, drained and chunked
½ cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 cup Food Club Frozen Sweet Yellow Corn, thawed
2 ripe Avocados, cubed
¼ cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Heart of Romaine, chopped
1 cup Chopped Kale, de-stemmed

1-1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp minced Garlic
½ tsp Food Club Ground Cumin
½ tsp Food Club Black Pepper
½ tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Food Club Taco Seasoning


1. Lightly mix all salad ingredients together.
2. Mix all dressing ingredients together.
3. Fold dressing into the salad.
4. Serve with tortilla chips.
