NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — The NFL Draft is coming to Tennessee, and new details have emerged on the event in Nashville.
The main draft stage will be located outside on First and Broadway in downtown Nashville. Draft picks will take place Thursday, April 25 through Saturday, April 27.
Teams will make their selections from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The NFL Draft red carpet will be held Thursday at Riverfront Park.
The NFL Draft Experience, a three-day football festival, will also be held in the parking lots and areas surrounding Nissan Stadium. The NFL says concerts will be held on the main stage on Broadway.
Around 300,000 are expected to attend the draft.
“It’s going to be incredible for this city," Deana Ivey, executive vice president and chief marketing officer for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp, said. "That week of celebration and activities - it will just be so much fun and something the city hasn’t seen before.”
