HIGHLIGHTS: Alcoa wins 3A state title on late touchdown

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Alcoa, looking to win a 4th consecutive state title, met up with Covington on Saturday in Cookeville.

Alcoa won the state title 21-14 thanks to a Walker Russell touchdown with 16 seconds left.

Alcoa won 25-straight games coming into Saturday's state championship game, and the Tornadoes have appeared in the Class 2A title game every season since 2012.
