ALCOA, Tenn. (WVLT) -- You will likely see lots of blue in the home crowd at Alcoa's football game this Thursday.

Until 50 years ago, there were two high schools in Alcoa.

One was the current Alcoa High School. The other was historically black Hall High School. Hall's mascot was the Blue Devils.

The schools were integrated in 1968.

Alcoa will recognize the historic school during this Thursday's football game against Northview.
