Knoxville, Tenn. (WVLT)-- His vols are 3-0 and ranked number five in the country heading into
the N-I-T season tip-off tournament up in Brooklyn on Wednesday,
but none of that is what coach Rick Barnes was giving thanks for Monday on the UT Campus. When asked what he's thankful for this Thanksgiving, Coach Barnes responded, "The first thing that popped into my mind is I was able to go to Sevier Heights baptist Church and watch two of our guys get baptized. I actually texted one of our parents and said wins are important but what happened last night with Kyle Alexander and Jordan Bowden is bigger than any win we can ever have and I believe that."

coach barnes and the vols will face Louisville first up in New York.
That game is set for 5-o'clock on Wednesday and will be broadcast by ESPN2.
