KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Reggie Cobb was one of the best running backs to ever play at Tennessee, accounting for over 2,000 yards in less than three full seasons -- good for 11th on the Vols' all-time rushing list. He's seventh in rushing touchdowns.
Cobb died last week of a heart attack at 50 years old.
This weekend, family and friends paid their final respects to Cobb, who graduated from Central High School in Knoxville.
"He's got to be one of the most beloved [Knoxville natives] ever," said his college roommate and teammate, Vincent Moore.
