(CBS Sports) CBS Sports is reporting former Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts is transferring to Oklahoma.
The former SEC Offensive Player of the Year is making the jump to the Big 12 as a graduate transfer and will be eligible to play immediately in 2019.
Hurts will replace Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray leading the Sooner offense.
Hurts is 26-2 as a starter at Alabama with three college football playoff appearances (two as a starter). He leaves Tuscaloosa with 5,626 career yards passing, 1,976 yards rushing and 71 total touchdowns.
