The event features skaters of various ages and skill levels, who come from all over the country. Some skaters actually came from China for the weekend.
Jon Robinson was raised in Knoxville, but lives in Hong Kong now.
He was trained, growing up, by Robert Unger, the man whom the event is named after.
Robinson says Unger influenced countless lives.
"He was a real inspiration to a lot of highly accomplished people. [He] really devoted his adult life to recreational skating," explained Robinson.
The event lasts all weekend.
