KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Central's football team won the program's first-ever state championship in 2018, and the feeling is finally sinking in for some of the players.

They received their rings at a ceremony on Sunday.

What was it like when they first saw the rings?

"It was like in the movies when you open Pandora's box, and hear 'ahhh'," said senior Xavier Washington.

Head Coach Bryson Rosser also found out a nearby street was being named after him.
