Local man to ride bicycle 1,098 miles to raise funds for Pat Summitt Foundation

Imagine people riding across the country on a bike for 1,098 miles in honor of Pat Summitt, the all-time winningest coach in NCAA history, and to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer’s research.

That’s exactly what will happen all because a Knoxville based businessman has a vision and the amazing support of his community. Josh Crisp, president and founder of TLC Senior Living and partner at Knoxville-based Dominion Senior Living,

Crisp is currently in the first stage of training, which is working up to being able to ride 20 hours a week, which will help him gear up for this journey of riding 90 to 100 miles a day, starting at Pat Summitt Plaza on the University of Tennessee campus on October 17 and end in Key West, Fla, 12 days later.
