KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Nashville Predators activated player Kyle Turris, who was on the injured reserve list for more than a month. According to a CBS Sports report he is expected to slot into a top-six role for the Preds right away.
Turris played as a second-line center for the team before a lower-body injury left him sidelined. The 29-year-old will finally get an opportunity to improve on his 18 points, six goals and 12 assists accrued over 30 games.
Turris’ return to the ice would come just in time for the Predators to face off against the Dallas Stars on Thursday night at Bridgestone Arena.
