A Tennessee State University football player is "home for good" after suffering a severe head injury during a game against Vanderbilt on September 29.
According the the TSU media relations department, Christion Abercrombie has returned home and was even able to attend a church service with his family.
“We are very grateful for each and every one of you,” Abercrombie's mother, Staci, told TSU. “Because of God and your prayers, our son is here today. He is a miracle. This is a journey and it’s not over, but we’re very grateful to God for what he’s already done and for what he is going to continue to do.
