KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Jaylen McCollough, a freshman defensive back on Tennessee's football team, was excited just to play at Neyland Stadium.
McCollough tweeted on Friday night, saying, "bro I'm really about to play in Neyland tomorrow. That's crazy"
He didn't just play in the spring game. He ended up with two interceptions.
"I've seen a lot from him," senior linebacker Daniel Bituli said. "I'm not surprised it happened. That whole defensive back group is eager to go out there and play and make plays. I'm not surprised he made those two interceptions today, I'm really proud of him."
