KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Team USA won the Women's World Cup title for a record fourth time over the weekend.
One of the millions watching the game was Tennessee soccer coach Brian Pensky.
Pensky said the USA's domination on the world soccer stage can only benefit women's and girls soccer across the country.
He believes the Title IX Act helped create what we're seeing now, over the course of the last half-century.
