KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Tennessee basketball is 16-1, and unbeaten in conference play after five games.
The Vols' lone loss this season was to Kansas, back in November. At the time, Kansas was No. 2 in the country.
Tennessee's marquee win this season cam over Gonzaga, who was No. 1 at the time, and may move back into the top-3 on Monday.
So will Tennessee be the No. 1 team in the country in Monday's poll?
The only conceivable way the Vols could be any lower, is if voters put extreme value on Duke's win over No. 4 Virginia Saturday.
In the video above, Rob Lewis (Volquest.com) talks to WVLT's Mark Packer about the prospect of a No. 1 ranking and what that would mean for the program.
