Kentucky Walmart streaker breaks his silence

Pike County, Kentucky (WYMT) - Timothy Smith told WYMT he has always wanted to be a Youtube sensation. He may have succeeded, but Pike County officials didn't find his prank humorous.

Smith streaked in a Pike County Walmart and poured milk over himself while someone filmed him.

"I consider the incident to be very serious. He went up there for the express reason of causing a scene at Walmart and exposing people to himself, no pun intended," says Kyle Deskins, Pike County Assistant Attorney.

His story continues to spread while he sits behind a jail cell.

"I think everybody in the world is getting a lot of laughs out of it. I'm sitting here and everyone else is having fun with this," says Smith.

Smith faces indecent exposure, among other charges. He is scheduled to be back in court on September 22nd.

People looking for groceries at the South Williamson Walmart received quite the eye full earlier this week.

A video posted on YouTube shows a man naked, pouring milk, and screaming he is on fire, as he ran through the store.

There are now warrants out for the arrests of two men. They are looking for Timothy Smith of Phelps and David Daniels of Belfry.

The video was posted to YouTube Wednesday night and was later removed because it shows nudity. However, we have a copy of the video that now has two men facing charges.

Video posted to YouTube Wednesday shows a man pouring milk on himself and running through Walmart wearing nothing but shoes and a Halloween Mask.

Pike County Sheriff Rodney Scott said, "Well the first question I would have is why? Why would anyone want to do that? They can go to jail and they will go to jail".

Pike County Sheriff Rodney Scott says the video may have generated some laughs, but the crime of indecent exposure has to be taken seriously.

Scott added, "If we don’t then it could be happening all the time. So that’s why it’s important to go ahead and make the arrests".

The video ends with the streaker hopping into a getaway car, which speeds away.

No one has been arrested at this time. However, it could happen soon. Warrants are out for the streaker and the videographer.

Sheriff's deputies have not been able to make contact with the getaway driver yet.
