Fulmer says Tennessee plans to have full stadium in 2020
During an appearance on 104.5 The Zone addressed concerns many fans have about crowds in the stands.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Athletic Director, Phillip Fulmer said Tennessee plans on playing a full football season and for all 102,455 fans to be able to attend games in Neyland Stadium.

“I am confident. I think we’ll play,” Fulmer said. “I don’t think anybody knows exactly yet what that will look like. We’re planning on a full stadium and adjust from there. If we don’t, we’re in trouble ...It’s easier to adjust down than adjust up. Hopeful that the trend will turn back down after it’s turned up in our country in places. Bend the curve back down and we can all participate if we want to.”
Phillip Fulmer is not alone, Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher said he believes fans will attend games like normal during the upcoming season.
