Senior pet of the month: Huey
Meet WVLT’s April senior pet of the month, Huey !
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Meet WVLT’s April senior pet of the month from the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley, Huey
The Humane Society says Huey is 70 pounds of unbridled joy and excitement. The one-year-old puppy went to a 2 week board-and-train to learn leash manners, down, stay, and all the good basics.
The Humane Society said Huey is their “favorite big guy, with a big heart, just waiting for someone to love.”
“At 1 year old, he’s a big slobbery puppy, with all the happy, playful puppy energy you could want,” the Humane Society said. “Our big boy needs a good balance of work and play, so he’s looking for a family who will keep up his training, and play, play, play!”
Anyone interested in meeting Huey is asked to email the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley at Adoption@HumaneSocietyTennessee.org!
