Crews respond to fire at car garage on Clinton Highway

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Crews with the Rural Metro Fire Department were on scene of a car fire at a garage Saturday night.

The call came in around 7:45 p.m. that a car was on fire at a repair shop.

The garage is on Clinton Highway at the Anderson County line.

“When crews arrived, they found multiple vehicles on fire in various stages of repair,” officials said.

The fire was extinguished and no injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation.
