Tennessee legend Candace Parker reaches multi-year extension with TNT Sports
Two-time national champion has been with network since 2018
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Candace Parker will continue her television run with TNT Sports.
Per a release on Wednesday, Parker reached a multi-year agreement to continue providing coverage across the network’s basketball portfolio, including CBS Sports’ coverage of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
In addition to continuing her role as an analyst for the network’s coverage of the 3-on-3 Unrivaled league, Parker will also serve as an analyst for select collegiate games, with TNT Sports set to begin broadcasting Big East and Big 12 matchups on its networks.
“I’m grateful to keep doing what I love with my TNT Sports family,” said Parker. “Getting to cover the Big EAST, Big 12, March Madness, and now Unrivaled — it all means a lot. These moments are special, and I don’t take any of it for granted.”
Parker will no longer serve as an analyst for NBA coverage. The network’s deal as a broadcast partner for the league ended after last season.
The two-time National Player of the Year currently serves as the President of adidas Women’s Basketball.
