Seymour man arrested in Knox County on child rape charges, records say

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Seymour man has been arrested in Knox County on several charges, including rape of a child, according to court records.

Records show 51-year-old Paul Preece, Jr. was arrested on March 6 and charged with aggravated sexual battery, rape of a child and attempted rape of a child.

Preece is being held at Knox County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
