Investigation underway after six siblings taken from Crossville home, sheriff’s office says
The sheriff’s office says all six children have brown hair and brown eyes, and their clothing at the time of their disappearance is unknown.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office has alerted the public that six siblings were taken from a Crossville residence last week, and could possibly be endangered.
They have been reported missing since Oct. 22, and are believed to have been taken from a residence on Creston Road by their non-custodial parent, Misty Ware.

Ware was last known to be traveling with the children in a red Chrysler Town and Country minivan, and investigators believe she may be traveling toward Mexico.
She also has known ties to Cumberland County and Marion County, Tennessee, and the state of Georgia, CCSO said.

All six children have brown hair and brown eyes, and their clothing at the time of their disappearance is unknown, CCSO says. One of the missing siblings is nine months old.

Below are the reported missing siblings:
- Anahi Ware — 16 years old
- Maximo Ware — 10 years old
- Abalino Almaraz-Ware — 8 years old
- Luisa Almaraz-Ware — 5 years old
- Paloma Ware — 3 years old
- Felix Ware — 9 months old
Officials say that investigators are concerned for the sibling’s safety and welfare.
Authorities in Cumberland County urge the public to call 911 if you see the children or the car.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to contact and report tips to CCSO at 931-484-6176 and ask for the Sgt.
This is a developing story.
