Parks joins 39-year-old Joshua Aikens, who was convicted in March. According to court records, Parks, Aikens and a third man — Nicholas Holloway — tied McCollough up using rope and zip ties while McCillough was at Holloway’s home. From there, they reportedly took McCollough to the trailer and left him.

Several agencies investigated the case, including the Roane County Sheriff’s Office, the Rockwood Police Department and the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department.

Parks is facing two concurrent 45-year sentences in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
