Two men charged after shoplifting from 2 East Tennessee Walmart locations, police say
All of the recovered stolen property was returned to the stores, JCPD said.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Jefferson City Police Department said two men were charged after shoplifting from two Walmart locations.
According to JCPD, officers went to the Walmart in Jefferson City for a theft complaint. There, they saw a car with a North Carolina license plate trying to leave the area.
After officers stopped the car on Chucky Pike, they found a small amount of marijuana and stolen items from both the Walmart in Jefferson City and the location in Newport.
JCPD then arrested two men: 30-year-old Shyheim J. Moore, of Chester, South Carolina, and 45-year-old Alexander L. Darby, of Lithonia, Georgia.
Moore was charged with burglary, theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Darby was charged with criminal responsibility, accessory after the fact, theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All of the recovered stolen property was returned to the stores, JCPD said.
