Tracking power outages: Knox County school without power as severe storm moves through area

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - WVLT News is tracking power outages, including one at Powell Middle School, as severe weather prepares to move through East Tennessee.

A notice sent to parents with Powell students said “we are expecting a power outage that is impacting our school. KCS Maintenance and our utility provider are working to resolve this issue.”
